About the Role

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Duty Manager to play a pivotal role in driving hotel operations and team performance with a strong passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage diverse stakeholders within the hotel and actively contribute to the overall operational leadership.
• Supervise daily hotel operations including greeting guests and motivating the team to provide outstanding hospitality.
• Apply comprehensive operational knowledge with flexibility to oversee multiple departments as required.
• Support departmental heads by coaching and training new staff to build confidence and competence.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and manage conflicts or guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain visible presence on the hotel floor to ensure exemplary customer service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations, preferably within reception or food and beverage departments.
• Strong commitment to quality standards, especially related to food, beverage, and guest service.
• Keen ambition to advance and develop a career within the hotel industry.
• Experience in people leadership, motivation, and talent development.
• Effective communication skills and ability to contribute to hotel-wide strategic planning.
• Capability to build and sustain working relationships across all levels of the business and influence outcomes.
