About the role
Home Instead is hiring a Personal Support Worker in Kingston for a flexible, part-time, on-site position. This opportunity is centered on compassionate home care for seniors, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. What the role involves

Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive personal support to seniors in their homes.
- Offer companionship and help clients feel comfortable, safe, and respected.
- Assist with meal preparation and everyday living activities.
- Travel between client locations for scheduled visits, usually lasting 1 to 2 hours.
- Build trusting relationships through patient, caring, and reliable service.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal applicant is dependable, compassionate, and able to communicate well with older adults and families. Experience or training in personal support work is preferred, and comfort with independent, in-home caregiving is important.

Eligibility and requirements
- Open to certified PSWs or internationally trained nurses.
