Job Summary
Optisupply Chain Solution Private Limited is seeking dedicated and responsible drivers to operate assigned cabs in the Delhi-NCR region. The role demands punctuality, adherence to traffic regulations, and ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle with care.
- Work for over 12 hours daily, reporting on time as scheduled.
- Pick up and drop off passengers as per trip assignments.
- Prioritize passenger safety and comfort during journeys.
- Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic upkeep tasks.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices, including GPS, applications, and phone calls.
- Effective communication skills to interact courteously with passengers.
- Demonstrate responsibility and punctuality consistently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
- Incentives up to ₹15,000 based on performance.
- Consistent and timely salary disbursement by the 7th of each month.

- Work location as assigned within the Delhi-NCR area.
- Full-time employment with incentive-driven shifts.
