Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for applications developed using .NET, managing production environments effectively.
• Investigate and resolve application issues within specified service level agreements, ensuring operational stability.
• Analyze system logs to determine root causes of production incidents and implement timely solutions.
• Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and minor modifications to existing .NET applications.
• Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and business teams to address and resolve issues.
• Monitor application performance proactively to detect and mitigate potential problems.
• Execute complex SQL queries to validate, correct, and troubleshoot data within SQL Server.
• Support deployment and release management activities to ensure smooth production rollouts.
• Document incident reports, root cause analyses, and maintain knowledge base articles to facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development and production support roles.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and frameworks including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Strong skills in SQL Server including query writing, stored procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Solid understanding of application and production support methodologies.
• Experience in debugging applications and analyzing log files for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and IIS administration.
• Knowledge of ticketing and issue tracking systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalents.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication abilities with a readiness to work in support shift schedules.

Eligible applicants must be graduates from any discipline. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, requiring onsite presence.
