Job Summary
Mawarid Al Sharq Construction LLC is seeking a qualified Document Controller to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves managing and maintaining all project-related documents and communications to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee project documents, drawings, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce proper document control procedures.
- Register, track, and distribute documents received and sent to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep precise records of document updates, revisions, and approvals.
- Work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to manage document exchange and communication.
- Generate document control reports as needed to support management and project requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the construction or MEP industry.
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with document management systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
- Capacity to handle demanding workloads and adhere to deadlines.
- Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
Additional Information
Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
