Role overview

OSO Ristorante is hiring a full-time dishwasher to support cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dining area, and restroom facilities in its Central Singapore location.

Work schedule

• 6 working days each week
• Shift timing: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Sunday is the weekly day off

Key duties

• Clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchenware manually or with industrial dishwashing equipment, depending on need.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions by cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle waste collection and disposal, including separating recyclable and non-recyclable materials correctly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and dining floors to keep the premises neat and safe.
• Keep restroom areas clean and hygienic.
