Role Overview
The Direct Sales Executive will work from the store location in Valsad and focus on active customer engagement, driving sales, and improving in-store performance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with shoppers inside the store and encourage product interest.
- Work with influencers and help improve throughput.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Handle in-store merchandising and ensure the range is displayed effectively.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-facing sales mindset.
Eligibility
Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 1,25,000 to INR 2,00,000 per year.
