About the Role

We are seeking motivated and independent Direct Sales Agents to expand our sales network in Qatar. This role involves promoting and selling our digital services to businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals across various markets. Agents operate as independent contractors, earning commissions with full control over their schedule and work location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients who could benefit from our digital services offerings.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using the dedicated agent portal for managing sales activities.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as Digital Marketing, Hosting, Corporate Email, and Baggins TV subscriptions.
• Create service orders and invoices through the portal; the system automates processing post-sale.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and additional sales opportunities.
• Monitor earnings, request withdrawals, and track performance using the agent dashboard.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals or businesses comfortable working autonomously without direct oversight.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective client engagement.
• Basic understanding of digital services or willing to acquire the necessary knowledge.
• A results-driven mindset with income reliant solely on generated sales commissions.
• Access to a smartphone or computer and reliable internet connectivity.
• Effective management of personal time and sales pipeline.

Compensation and Incentives

• Earn commissions up to 15% on confirmed sales, calculated as a percentage of order value.
• Commission rates start at 15% and may increase based on performance metrics.
• Real-time commission tracking and withdrawal management via the agent dashboard.
• Earnings are paid in USD to maintain consistent value across locations.
• Progressive badge tiers rewarding earnings milestones with incentives from trusted brands, including internet packages, ride and delivery vouchers, shopping discounts, travel deals, and premium streaming access.

• An agent portal featuring dashboards to track earnings, clients, orders, and withdrawals.
• Client management tools directly accessible through the portal.
• Automated invoicing and billing handled by the platform.
• Comprehensive service catalogs with pricing details to aid sales.
• Performance badges and a public leaderboard to motivate and recognize top sellers.
• Immediate free access to Baggins TV streaming.
• Assignment of a supervisory contact for guidance when required.

Additional Information

This position is strictly commission-based with no base salary, fixed working hours, office presence requirements, or employment benefits such as leave or medical coverage. Successful agents enjoy unlimited earning potential and the flexibility to determine working times and locations.
