Role Overview

We are searching for a Digital Learning Designer to innovate how learning is delivered within Kingfisher. In this role, you will craft and implement compelling digital learning experiences that enhance employee skills, boost business results, and facilitate organizational transitions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and experts, you will ensure that learning initiatives align with our strategic goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify needs and propose engaging, accessible, and outcome-centered learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design methods that improve knowledge retention, encourage behavioral change, and elevate performance.
• Lead end-to-end management of learning projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and fulfillment of stakeholder requirements.
• Assess effectiveness of learning solutions through learner feedback and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content, reporting, and dashboards, maintaining compliance, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven background in creating and implementing digital learning solutions within corporate settings.
• Deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning theories, and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with digital authoring software such as Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suite, or Vyond.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholder expectations concurrently.
• Capability to translate complex subjects into clear, accessible, and captivating learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone, and ability to utilize data for evaluating learning impact.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in diverse and multi-language environments.

Working Model

We embrace flexibility and balance through a hybrid work approach. Expect approximately 60% of your time to involve in-person collaboration at our offices or other sites, complemented by home-based work for focused tasks.
