Key Responsibilities

• Assemble PCs and carry out hardware installation work.
• Diagnose and fix hardware-related issues across desktop systems.
• Set up and maintain LAN connectivity and related networking support.
• Install Windows and perform system setup tasks.
• Install printers and resolve printer-related problems.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
• Install and configure software as required.
