Role Overview

As Design Lead within the Marketing team, you will be the creative force delivering adjoe's brand story through compelling visuals that resonate throughout the mobile advertising sector and beyond. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will drive the daily realization of the new brand vision, overseeing design across global touchpoints and leading a team spread between Hamburg and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives with proven expertise from tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or fast-paced agency backgrounds.
• Own hands-on design execution, mastering tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage and optimize creative production workflows, ensuring on-schedule, high-quality output across multiple time zones.
• Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to brand standards for all markets, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams to create design assets that clearly communicate business stories and objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems including reusable templates, component libraries, and asset management solutions to empower global teams and freelancers.
• Produce diverse design deliverables ranging from web assets and corporate presentations to event graphics and data visualizations, all with meticulous attention to technical detail.
