Role Overview
We seek an experienced Dermatology Professor to provide exceptional education and clinical expertise. This role involves teaching medical students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, leading research projects, delivering specialized dermatological care, and supporting emergency cases with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Impart comprehensive dermatology education to both undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
- Lead and oversee research endeavors within dermatology, contributing scholarly publications and driving innovation.
- Deliver expert clinical dermatological services, maintaining top-tier patient care standards.
- Respond adeptly to dermatological emergencies with expert intervention.
- Keep meticulous clinical records adhering to medical compliance standards.
- Regularly revise and enhance the curriculum in line with latest dermatology advancements and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty to promote skill development and collaborative work culture.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings to influence strategic academic and clinical planning.
- Engage in community education initiatives to raise awareness on skin health.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient treatment and educational quality.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold an MBBS degree with a completed MD or DNB specialization in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy.
