Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to provide excellent customer experiences through high operational and visual standards while actively promoting and selling products.
• Oversee store and department performance by analyzing sales data, spotting business opportunities, setting targets, and crafting strategies to maximize results, profits, and inventory management.
• Manage team scheduling and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture your team, cultivating a culture of inclusion, collaboration, growth, and innovation.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to sustain competitive advantage.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer engagements.

Work Environment

Your workplace will be the store, the core of H&M's operations where customers truly experience the brand. You will collaborate closely with the Store Team — including Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office and Delivery Responsibles, particularly in larger locations — and the wider Area Team to share knowledge and drive collective success. Together, you facilitate an inspiring atmosphere helping customers express their individuality with contemporary fashion and timeless styles while promoting accessibility and sustainability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven retail management and operations experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams aligned with company values and culture.
• Strong skills in sales planning, performance analysis, and follow-up using customer-centric tools and reports.
• Confident leadership style inspiring integrity, motivation, and team growth.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings with a solutions-oriented outlook.
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experience coupled with promoting product sales.
• Keen interest in fashion trends, commercial insights and competitor strategies.

Additional Information
