Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for designated hospital clusters ensuring data currency and reliability.
• Analyze consumption trends, detect anomalies, and escalate any supply risks promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Demand Planning Manager by providing replenishment recommendations to assist procurement functions.
• Collaborate closely with cluster coordinators to validate and confirm on-the-ground demand indicators.
• Produce regular reports measuring forecast accuracy and key performance indicators relevant to planning.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of demand planning models, templates, and analytical tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or inventory control.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or other planning software systems.
• Exhibit keen analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• A background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred for this role.
• Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills being advantageous.
