Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable insured vehicle if opting to use personal transportation.
• Strong navigational skills for locating addresses and following maps.
• Physical capability to deliver products including walking, climbing stairs, carrying items, and working under various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to changing and sometimes extreme outdoor weather conditions.
• In-store environments including varying temperature zones, food odors, and working near hot surfaces and equipment.
• Physical tasks involving stooping, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity, including use of both hands continuously throughout the workday.

Physical & Sensory Demands

• Walking between store, vehicle, and customer locations, sometimes involving multiple flights of stairs.
• Operating a vehicle safely for multiple deliveries per shift.
• Handling pizzamaking utensils and ingredients requiring precision and forceful hand movements.
• Use of hearing, talking, vision (near, mid-range, far, night), and tactile abilities for inventory and communication tasks.
