Job Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Service Team, you will be dedicated to providing excellent service by delivering products efficiently and on schedule. You will be on the road regardless of weather conditions but can enjoy your choice of music freely during your shifts. Automated systems ensure your delivery routes are pre-planned and vehicles pre-loaded to optimize your workday. Your schedule will include evenings, weekends, and weekdays, with premium pay for non-standard hours and opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.

Candidate Requirements

• You must hold a valid UK or EU full driving licence and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
• Your driving record should show no more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifications within the last 5 years.
• Applicants must be over 18 years old due to delivery of age-restricted goods.
• Strong communication skills are essential given the customer-facing nature of the role.
• No previous driving experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Work Details

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 40 paid hours per week, which includes paid breaks (effectively 37.5 hours worked). You will be assigned to work any five days from seven, typically in 8-hour shifts covering early mornings starting at 05:30 through to midnight. Your rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance. Payment is made every four weeks following a monthly pay schedule.
