Daily Responsibilities

• Ensure personal bank contains less than $20, including coin change, at start of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of driver station and beverage cooler following first-in-first-out protocols.
• Perform deliveries safely with prompt customer communication, accurate drop-offs, and efficient navigation.
• Support in-store operations by assisting and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
• Double-check all items before leaving for delivery to ensure order accuracy.
• Provide warm, courteous customer service at delivery points with a smile, proper eye contact, giving exact change, and expressing gratitude.
• Welcome customers swiftly upon entry and thank them as they exit the store.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, ideally within two rings, even between delivery runs.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license accompanied by a safe driving record.
• Access to a legally insured vehicle for delivery use and ability to operate a mobile device.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
• Proficient navigation capabilities including map reading and locating addresses in the delivery zone.
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to follow managerial guidance.
• Outstanding customer service aptitude.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet company standards regarding driving history and vehicle insurance for delivery purposes.
• Ability to utilize navigational tools to efficiently traverse varied and potentially complex delivery terrain, including multi-level buildings.
