Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated delivery personnel to join our Amazon Sub-Same Day Delivery (SSDD) team based in Coimbatore. This position requires you to use your own bike to pick up packages from the Amazon delivery station and promptly deliver them within a specified time window across Coimbatore areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect packages from the designated Amazon delivery station at the start of your delivery slot.
- Complete deliveries to customers across assigned locations within a specific time slot.
- Manage app-based delivery workflows including scanning, confirming delivery, and marking orders as complete.
- Accurately handle cash-on-delivery payments and processing of returns.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000.
- Additional daily incentives for completing extra deliveries beyond the assigned workload.
- Separate petrol allowance to cover fuel expenses.
- Employee Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions as mandated by government regulations.
- Work schedule includes day shifts only with delivery slots of 2 hours between 7 AM and 8 PM, weekly off days, and no night duties.
- Timely salary payments directly credited to your bank account every month.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- Minimum education of 10th grade pass.
- Possession of a functional two-wheeler vehicle and valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Aadhaar card and PAN card for identification and verification.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity enabling seamless usage of the delivery application.
- Good knowledge of Coimbatore roads and local areas.
- Open to freshers; comprehensive training will be provided.
