Role Overview

Join Blinkit as a Delivery Boy responsible for picking up groceries or parcels from Blinkit's dark stores and delivering them to customers within a target timeframe of 10 to 20 minutes using the Blinkit Partner App. This role requires consistent maintenance of delivery ratings and punctuality.

Job Details

• Employment type: Full-time or Part-time with flexible shifts including morning, evening, and night options.
• Primarily field-based work requiring a bike or scooter.

Compensation

This is a gig-based earning opportunity with payment per order plus incentives and petrol allowances. Earnings per order range from ₹20 to ₹35 on average.

Monthly income varies based on performance and hours worked:

• Normal full-time work: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
• High performance with extended hours: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000
• Heavy workload with incentives: Above ₹80,000

Earnings depend on factors such as order availability, demand in your area, working hours, and petrol costs which may sometimes be your responsibility. Working 10 to 12+ hours per day and completing 25 to 40+ orders especially during peak hours (evening and night) in busy locations can maximize income.

Example Earnings Calculation

Delivering 30 orders a day at ₹25 each plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500 can yield approximately ₹900 to ₹1200 daily, which approximates to ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly for 26 working days.

• Must possess a bike and a valid driving license.
• Access to an Android smartphone.
• Possession of Aadhaar, PAN card, and a bank account.
