Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting data from multiple sources and ensuring all records are up-to-date and reliable. The role includes validating data integrity, arranging data for convenient access, generating regular reports, safeguarding sensitive information, and assisting team members while adhering to company policies.

Key Duties

• Input data obtained from various resources into company systems.
• Revise and correct outdated or erroneous information in databases.
• Check entered information rigorously to maintain high accuracy standards.
• Arrange data systematically to support easy retrieval and future use.
• Manage files and documents effectively to enable quick searching and organization.
• Compile and deliver periodic reports detailing data entry activities and extracted insights.
• Protect confidential data by complying with relevant data security protocols.
• Assist team members with their data entry tasks when needed to support workflow.
• Offer on-the-job training and share knowledge to help junior staff and encourage team success without compromising operational guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to departmental policies, procedures, and operational instructions to maintain consistency and control in work execution.
• Engage in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance process efficiency, sustainability, productivity, and cost savings in line with industry best practices.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and statements for the department, meeting the organizational standards and requirements of Lumi's policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
• Candidate must hold a Diploma or be a High School graduate.
