Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational and analytical support for the enterprise data warehouse environment.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to design, build, and validate standard and ad hoc reports using Hyperion and related tools.
  • Carry out data imports, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to confirm consistency across the data warehouse, ERP, and other source systems.
  • Support ETL and data loading activities by spotting anomalies, checking whether loads completed successfully, and partnering with developers to fix issues.
  • Record data definitions, report specifications, and source-to-target mappings to support transparency and governance.
  • Help automate recurring reports and data extracts to improve efficiency.
  • Translate business reporting needs into data models or dashboards while ensuring solutions follow company standards.
  • Investigate data mismatches raised by business users and coordinate root-cause analysis with the data warehouse support team.
  • Protect confidential data and follow data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with internal IT work such as system upgrades, data migrations, and implementation of new analytics tools.

Required background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data warehouse support; manufacturing or ERP experience is preferred.
