Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst/BI Developer to join our energetic team. This position plays a key part in designing and managing business intelligence tools and dashboards that underpin strategic decisions across our client base. The role involves close interaction with business executives, portfolio companies, and internal teams to identify opportunities in data, dissect complex datasets, and convert findings into actionable guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and reports using BI platforms to enable data-informed decision-making.
• Discover patterns, trends, and opportunities in datasets and offer strategic advice to leadership.
• Initiate and lead projects that enhance methods of data gathering, analysis, and visualization.
• Support due diligence and focused research efforts related to real estate investments and market studies.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships across multiple teams to ensure communication and alignment.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of multifamily investment, financial, and operational processes.
• Contribute to the expansion of technology infrastructure and refinement of data analytic techniques.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative data solutions that drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 and 5 years of professional BI development experience, ideally using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in SQL and relational database management.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret multifaceted datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, or related industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with advanced analytic tools such as R or Python (PyData stack) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is preferred.
• Educational or professional background in statistics, quantitative analysis, or related fields.
