Role Overview

The Data and AI Analyst position presents a great opportunity for emerging professionals enthusiastic about leveraging data and artificial intelligence to tackle complex governmental problems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM fields (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines), with expected graduation by August 31, 2026.
• Proficient foundation in data analysis, programming, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as project demands dictate.
• Strong academic record with GPA preferably 3.2 or above, minimum 3.0.
• Experience using data analysis languages and tools such as Python, SQL, and R.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Having or ability to obtain an active security clearance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain data pipelines and analytics infrastructures utilizing technologies including Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud-native tools.
• Implement machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches for extracting insights, automating workflows, and enabling predictive analytics.
• Create intelligent systems with frameworks such as Agentic AI to meet evolving mission requirements.
• Design and deliver visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or customized tools to effectively present data-driven insights.
• Work closely with multifaceted teams to embed AI models into workflows, ensuring data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
• Explore innovative technologies and novel architectures to expedite project outcomes and enhance impact at scale.
• Engage in continuous learning programs including certifications and training to remain proficient and informed.
