Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves managing inbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by providing suitable solutions.
- Keep meticulous records of customer communications and transactions.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution and their satisfaction.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 INR.
