Role Overview
This opportunity is with a leading multinational company through a recruitment partner. The position is for an international BPO customer support executive role based in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions over calls and chat.
- Share correct and complete details about products, services, and company policies.
Work Schedule and Location
- This is a work-from-office position.
- The role follows a 5-day working model.
- Shifts will be rotational.
- Cab support is provided.
