Overview
RKN Business Solutions is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Support Associate focusing on domestic voice-based customer interactions. This position is based at Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Identify consumer issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Actively listen and comprehend customer problems.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of graduation is mandatory.
- Open to freshers or candidates with at least one year of voice process experience.
- Proficiency in languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with Versant 4 skill assessments.
- All educational and experience documentation must be ready for background verification.
Additional Details
- Shift timings are from 8 AM to 8 PM, with any 10-hour shift during this window.
- Work schedule includes 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs (one week off during training).
- Salary ranges from Rs.17900 to Rs.19700 monthly; candidates with linguistic skills may receive between Rs.23000 to Rs.26000 monthly.
