Role overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the onboarding and long-term success of strategic customers. You will serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, guide them through implementation, handle complex data feed setup, and help them achieve clear business outcomes. After launch, you will continue to manage the account’s revenue potential and strategic priorities. The role blends customer relationship management, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full customer onboarding journey, including setup of customer-specific data feeds and reliable data exchange across systems.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels and act as a strategic partner and escalation point.
  • Review customer performance data and metrics, turn them into useful insights, and use them to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and reporting for key customer contacts.
  • Bring customer feedback back into the company to help shape product improvements and service enhancements.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to create a smooth customer journey.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a digital health solution environment that includes benefits administration.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts such as integrations, data feeds, and system configurations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish scalable processes, and help grow a customer success function.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple vendor partners in a healthcare and benefits ecosystem.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000 annually. The role is bonus eligible.
