About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to become part of our expanding remote workforce. This position involves delivering excellent assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to customer emails
Answer incoming customer phone calls
Provide support through live chat
Efficiently address common customer questions and concerns

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic proficiency with computers and internet applications including email and web browsers
Dependable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Positive outlook and strong dedication to work
Ability to operate independently in a remote setup
Previous experience in customer service advantageous but not mandatory

Equivalent full-time pay between $58,000 and $71,000 annually based on a 40-hour week
