About the Role

Curri is looking for a Service Operations Representative to join its Customer Operations Team, responsible for ensuring every delivery is smooth and successful. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where problem-solving and operational contributions are key to the company's growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee deliveries from the initial booking through to successful drop-off.
• Deliver excellent customer and driver support through chat and phone communications.
• Coordinate with both pickup and drop-off contacts to guarantee deliveries proceed without issues.
• Identify operational challenges and provide feedback to optimize logistics processes.

• Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
