Role overview
This position focuses on backend coordination and customer issue handling related to account and credit-report matters. You will work with banks, NBFCs, and credit bureaus to close customer cases accurately and within the expected turnaround time.
What the job involves
The role centers on document verification, data correction, case follow-up, and communication with external financial entities. A strong eye for detail and disciplined tracking are essential to ensure issues are resolved properly.
Key responsibilities
- Examine customer credit reports, spot inconsistencies, and flag discrepancies for action.
- Follow up with banks, financial institutions, and bureaus through email and phone to move cases toward resolution.
- Handle document collection, submission, rectification processes, and final closure checks.
- Maintain internal records, update case trackers, and compile MIS or progress reports.
- Make sure all submissions and communications follow accuracy and compliance requirements.
Compensation
The stipend/salary is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
