Customer Intake Senior Associate

Role Overview

Empower is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Intake Senior Associate to work full-time remotely within the United States. The key responsibility will be to confirm the accuracy and completeness of new customer account details and engage directly with customers to update these records as needed. This role requires commitment to 40-45 hours per week, including 5 hours of weekend availability. Note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the correctness of customer account information thoroughly
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging systems to ensure information accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate alongside the Empower customer success team to maintain high service standards

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within financial institutions
• Working knowledge of Zendesk platform
• A collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
• A college degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance or accounting roles is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
