Role Impact

As Core Collective expands, the Customer Experience Executive plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for residents and members. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk activities including greeting guests, answering calls, and handling service inquiries during assigned shifts.

  • Ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of centre facilities according to SOPs and internal processes.

  • Manage inventory effectively to support daily operations.
  • Assist in data collection and reporting for assigned tasks.
