Overview
Radical Minds Technology is looking to recruit a Customer Care Executive for a semi-voice process. The role involves providing support to customers primarily through voice and chat channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling queries via semi-voice processes.
- Address customer concerns efficiently and ensure issue resolution through effective communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
- At least one year of prior experience in customer support, covering voice and chat support channels.
Work Details and Compensation
- Work schedule consists of 6 days per week with one rotational weekly off.
- Monthly salary up to ₹22,000.
