Holistic Legacy Accounting is looking for a meticulous and skilled CRM & IT Operations Specialist to join their team based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000, dependent on experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transaction workflows within the CRM system, ensuring smooth operations from sales through to audit, while tracking key performance indicators, turnaround times, and system alert logs.
• Provide training and support to new and current staff on CRM functionalities tailored to their role-based permissions, handling daily queries to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with development teams by composing user stories and system change scenarios and assisting with testing updates in a Laravel Microservices environment.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 account management, including user licenses and corporate email handling, as well as manage company IT hardware inventory and facilitate asset distribution to employees.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of one to three years in CRM operations monitoring, business analysis, IT support, or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture concepts including Laravel, Microservices, and APIs to effectively coordinate with developers.
• Excellent communication and training capabilities combined with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills for tracking performance.
