About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Orlando, FL, as a Crew Member and help us redefine fast food by delivering high-quality, freshly prepared meals with outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong passion for helping and serving others.
- A willingness to learn extensive cooking skills and restaurant operations.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
