About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Homestead, FL, as a Crew Member and contribute to changing the fast-food experience by delivering fresh, responsibly prepared meals. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items daily by hand without relying on microwaves, freezers, or can openers.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, food preparation, salsa, and expo to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
- Provide outstanding, friendly customer service to enhance guest experiences and uphold Chipotle's welcoming environment.
- Engage proactively as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- A welcoming and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team members.
- Genuine passion for assisting others and delivering excellent service.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills and restaurant operations.
- Minimum age of 16 years and proficiency in the primary language used at the work location.
