Role Overview

The Creative Designer is responsible for delivering visually compelling designs that align cohesively with the brand's contemporary aesthetic standards. This role entails creating various design elements from initial concepts till completion, including infographics that simplify complex data to captivate audiences. The designer must maintain up-to-date design excellence, adopt a proactive and independent work approach, collaborate effectively with visualizers, art directors, and project managers, adhere strictly to processes, and incorporate periodic feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent and modern brand visual identity across designs.
• Create comprehensive design assets from concept through final production.
• Develop engaging infographics communicating complex analytical information clearly.
• Stay current with design trends and uphold best practices.
• Manage work assignments independently with a proactive attitude.
• Collaborate across teams including visualizers, art directors, and project managers during project phases.
• Regularly review and integrate feedback into work.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed processes throughout.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in design within agencies or publishing houses.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Comfortable working on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Effective communication abilities.
