Job Overview

This position involves the safe, precise, and timely pickup and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning. The role prioritizes excellent customer service and package security throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to collect and deliver parcels according to assigned routes and strict schedules.
• Verify and scan packages during collection and delivery to confirm contents and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring packages are properly secured during handling.
• Promptly report any issues with deliveries, such as damaged goods or incorrect addresses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.
• At least one year of professional driving experience is required.
