Job Summary

Devi Lace is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join their Surat store. This role primarily involves assisting walk-in customers and handling inquiries via Instagram and other social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the physical store.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Manage inquiries from Instagram and various online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Convert product inquiries into sales transactions.
• Keep up-to-date with product details including features and pricing.
• Collaborate with inventory and billing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending queries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
