Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in IT, Finance & Accounting, and other corporate areas
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and market conditions
• Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing networks, job boards, and referrals
• Screen candidates via phone interviews and structured assessments to evaluate suitability
• Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, salary considerations, and final hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines and outcomes using ATS software (Avature)
• Participate in ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven ability to handle multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong capabilities in sourcing candidates and assessing their fit for roles
• Skill in influencing hiring managers and serving as a strategic partner in hiring
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fully on-site, performance-driven workplace environment
