About the Role
Join Total Quality Logistics (TQL) as a Corporate Recruiter, where you will collaborate closely with business leaders to recruit top-tier talent across IT, Finance & Accounting, and various corporate functions. This role involves managing end-to-end recruiting for complex, impactful positions while acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers. It’s ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive on owning complete recruitment cycles, influencing hiring strategies, and cultivating robust candidate pipelines in a dynamic and high-profile setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- A base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in IT, Finance & Accounting, and other corporate areas
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and market conditions
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing networks, job boards, and referrals
- Screen candidates via phone interviews and structured assessments to evaluate suitability
- Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, salary considerations, and final hiring decisions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines and outcomes using ATS software (Avature)
- Participate in ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and strategies
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven ability to handle multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong capabilities in sourcing candidates and assessing their fit for roles
- Skill in influencing hiring managers and serving as a strategic partner in hiring
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully on-site, performance-driven workplace environment
