About the Role

We are seeking skilled language professionals to assist in training and assessing AI language models. This part-time contract position is fully remote and offers flexibility to work according to your own schedule from anywhere. Ideal candidates are individuals who work with language in a professional capacity, including writers, educators, translators, tutors, linguists, or language experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated text to ensure quality, accuracy, and fluency.
• Create brief prompts and inventive responses to support AI training.
• Evaluate and rank outputs produced by AI models using defined criteria.
• Provide detailed written feedback on language performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in your native language and English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language studies, or writing-related disciplines.
• Professional experience involving language tasks such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or data annotation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to evaluation protocols.
• Knowledge of linguistics, academic writing, or experience in AI content evaluation is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay up to $20 USD, compensated on a weekly basis.
