Contracts Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead all stages of the contract lifecycle, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards, mitigating commercial risks, and facilitating successful project completion based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and manage contract documents diligently.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual commitments and organizational policies.
• Identify potential legal and financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to align contract matters.
• Handle contract modifications, renewals, and claims effectively.
• Keep comprehensive contract records and generate regular reports.
• Contribute to tender and bid preparation processes.
• Address and resolve disputes and commercial challenges arising from contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least six years of experience managing contracts.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting and procurement procedures.
• Industry experience preferred in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or corporate sectors.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication proficiency.
