About the Opportunity

Join a pivotal role within OCBC’s Compensation & Benefits division, embedded at the core of the Group's HR strategy. As Singapore’s oldest bank, OCBC is committed to supporting individuals and businesses by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored services and solutions. As part of a forward-thinking and innovative HR team, this role will allow you to contribute to major C&B initiatives, impacting rewards, benefits, employee mobility, and share plans across diverse businesses and entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing employee mobility initiatives for OCBC Group, including collaborating with relocation and tax service partners, ensuring operations meet internal standards.
  • Provide system support and communicate relevant details of compensation programmes to employees.
  • Coordinate annual due diligence activities with current vendors by preparing documentation and serving as an internal-external liaison.
  • Contribute to enhancing the Share Portal by gathering requirements and participating in user acceptance testing.
  • Provide administrative support for three OCBC group share plans: ESPP, ESOS, and DSP.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting needs and ensure compliance with external disclosure requirements when needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced HR environments; proven experience in vendor management is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with effective project management skills.
  • Strong analytic and numerical abilities; able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to facilitate partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across various business units.
  • Proactive and process-improvement-oriented approach to work.
