Key Responsibilities

• Produce compelling photo and video content tailored for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Travel to multiple Baya Bar outlets to document in-store atmospheres, customer interactions, and product imagery.
• Participate as on-camera talent in social media visuals, such as videos, reels, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in crafting and arranging social media posts along with marketing materials.
• Support development of marketing collateral like flyers, promotional graphics, and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the corporate marketing team to generate innovative content concepts and execute marketing plans.
• Help oversee content calendars and manage marketing documentation related to campaigns and projects.
• Keep abreast of evolving social media trends, varied content formats, and best marketing techniques to maintain brand relevance and engagement.
