To expand its digital brand presence, Hill House Interiors seeks a creative and highly organised Social Media Executive who will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and manage engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily social media activities on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and schedule posts aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
• Engage actively with the online community by monitoring interactions, responding to comments and messages.
• Stay informed of platform updates, trends, and best practices to optimise social media efforts.
• Create high-quality photographic and video content, including short-form videos like Reels and Stories.
• Write engaging captions that capture the brand's distinctive voice.
• Develop innovative content ideas highlighting projects, team members, products, and brand narratives.
• Participate on camera occasionally to engage with the team.
• Promote completed projects, design features, press mentions, and award achievements.
• Collaborate with the design team to discover unique storytelling opportunities reflecting craftsmanship and lifestyle aspects.
• Prepare monthly reports analyzing social media performance and key metrics such as engagement, audience growth, and website traffic.
• Use insights from analytics to sharpen content strategy and boost results.
• Support broader marketing activities, including events, campaign rollouts, and content collection during photoshoots and installations.
• Maintain a well-organized asset library for social media materials.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social networks.
• Proven experience creating and editing video content tailored for social media platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication abilities.
• Sharp visual sensibility and understanding of luxury branding principles.
• Highly organised, adept at managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Skilled in photography with a keen eye for composition.
• Possession of a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for frequent site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sectors like interiors, design, architecture, luxury lifestyles, or real estate.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Awareness of SEO and content marketing strategies.
