Role Summary

We are seeking a creative Content Creator / Social Media Manager (w/m/d) based in Berlin, to enhance our brand's visual identity across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. If you possess a strong eye for aesthetics, excel at telling visual stories, and know how to emotionally charge a brand through short video formats, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit short video content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Conduct filming on location at our store, studio, or various Berlin markets.
• Create a cross-platform creative content flow that reflects Maitea's unique visual and emotional brand identity.
• Strategically position Maitea on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team and paid ads specialists.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Reside in Berlin with weekly availability for on-site shoots.
• Proven experience creating short video content (Reels, TikToks) either personally or professionally.
• Strong sense of design, aesthetics, lighting, and movement.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• Familiarity with platform-specific trends such as sound trends, hashtags, and optimal posting times.

Preferred:

• Prior involvement in projects related to jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience using TikTok Shop or creating advertising creatives.
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera with the ability to guide others.
• Basic proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
