• Collaborating with leading management consulting professionals to address Australia's top organizational challenges.

About the Team

The team specializes in enhancing operational performance within government entities by tackling significant and complex issues—from adapting to new regulations to implementing advanced technologies.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants will have some or all of the following attributes and experience:

• Experience in consulting or using problem-solving techniques.
• Proficient with structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building client relationships.
• Strong and adaptable facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expertise in conducting analyses including research, data examination, and information synthesis into clear reports.
• A natural curiosity and proactive mindset to propose innovative ideas.
• Possession of at least an AGSVA baseline security clearance.
