Role Overview

This position involves supporting the design, execution, and integration of data-driven projects tailored for commercial initiatives in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. The incumbent will foster innovation, lead project teams, and serve as a key liaison ensuring project success and leadership alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality client deliverables.
• Partner with leadership to define project scope and strategies.
• Contribute to the development of Beghou’s internal data warehouse.
• Apply expertise in data platform components and data engineering, including ETL and schema design, adhering to CI/CD practices.
• Analyze data, derive insights, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client communications, facilitate meetings, oversee timelines, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Develop and improve data workflows, leveraging coding skills to enhance data processing and reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Support internal initiatives to promote organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Experience with UI-based ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, or Prophecy preferred.
• Familiarity with relational databases like Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, SAS, VBA) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable.
• Experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Well-developed organizational, time management, and project leadership skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of best practices in pharmaceutical data analytics.

Compensation

Estimated salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Compensation is determined by multiple factors including skill set, experience, certification, and organizational needs. Hiring near the top of the range is uncommon and depends on individual qualifications.
