Compliance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Compliance Officer to join our team located at First Floor, Stella Olufunke House, Bank Road, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of experience in compliance, auditing, or similar functions. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute compliance policies and procedures within the organization.
• Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Perform internal audits and evaluate organizational risks regularly.
• Oversee staff compliance with established guidelines.
• Conduct compliance-related training and update employees on policy changes.
• Identify violations and suggest appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance or auditing roles.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and risk control.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and training.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Location: Onsite at Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
• Full-time employment.
