Compliance Manager

Overview

The Compliance Manager position involves ensuring the organization consistently meets all regulatory requirements and upholds internal policies. This role is pivotal in overseeing compliance procedures, performing audits, and offering guidance to various departments to proactively manage risks and maintain legal conformity.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute compliance policies and processes.
• Carry out routine compliance audits and risk evaluations.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust company policies accordingly.
• Provide training and assistance to employees regarding compliance topics.
• Compile compliance documentation and reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to maintain organizational compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• At least two years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance systems.
• Additional compliance certifications such as CRCM or CAMS are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with prudent decision-making skill.

Remuneration

The monthly salary offer ranges between INR 22,000 and INR 30,000.
